Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & STUDIO POLICIES Lucille Beauty Collective Appointments & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments for permanent make up. No deposit is required for Facials. • Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. No-Show Policy • Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged in full and may be required to prepay future appointments. Late Arrival • Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
